ABOUT
I'MÂ LINDSAY
Â
Growing up, desserts were always at the center of life’s most memorable moments — birthday cakes, holiday tiramisu, chocolate angel pies at Christmas, and churros on family vacations. I’ve always believed that a dessert isn’t just something sweet to enjoy; it’s a moment you share, a memory you create, and a story you tell.
I started Lindsay’s Little Bakery at just 16, baking from my home kitchen in the Santa Ynez Valley, CA. With the support of my family, what began as a passion quickly grew into a full-time business and eventually led me to take the leap into the mobile bakery world. I had seen bar trailers and coffee vans, but never a mobile bakery in this format! After a lot of trial and error, my first bakery trailer was born — a renovated 1963 vintage trailer turned mobile bakery storefront.
Over the next three years, I grew my bakery fleet to three mobile setups — two vintage trailers and one luxury bakery cart — all while running a small but mighty team. I still bake every single product myself, with support in operations at popups and private events. This approach has allowed me to scale my business beyond what I could have imagined, creating experiences that are unique, fun, and memorable for both my clients and myself.
MY STORY
Â
Now, I help home and micro bakers take their businesses to the next level through The Mobile Bakery Method. I teach bakers how to follow the exact method I used (don’t worry — I’ve done all the trial and error for you!) to scale into profitable, in-demand mobile bakery businesses with clear systems, intentional branding, and a focus on joy, balance, and creativity. Whether you’re excited to create a trailer, cart, van, or want to be booked and beaming with popups, private events, or custom orders, this method will change your business — and your life!
I know what it’s like to work long hours, juggle client expectations, and wonder if there’s a way to grow without losing yourself in your business. That’s why I created MBM: to give bakers the roadmap, tools, and confidence to build a thriving bakery while enjoying the life they want.
You don’t have to spend more hours in the kitchen to scale your income! (Trust me — I’ve been right where you are: baking for hours on end — personal record: 40 straight hours — and then the next month begging for any and all orders.) I’m here to help you break out of that cycle, reignite your fire, and fall back in love with your craft.
